Why Pelvic Floor Therapy Matters:

Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect anyone—but it’s often overlooked or misunderstood. These muscles play a crucial role in bladder, bowel, and sexual function, as well as core stability. Through personalized treatment, we help address symptoms like leakage, pelvic pain, and pressure, restoring your confidence and quality of life.

“After having three babies, I came here wanting to work on my pelvic floor. The women at the front desk are very nice and welcoming. Sara Rubio is extremely knowledgeable, she answered every question I had, and I learned stuff I didn’t know about my own body. She’s very easy to talk to and a great listener. I went in full of worry and left feeling relief. I’m so glad I decided to set up an appointment with them and to make a plan with Sara Rubio.”

“I went to Sarah at 15 months postpartum with my third baby. I had never done pelvic floor PT before, but I was dealing with embarrassing symptoms that were not resolving with time. I could tell a huge difference after just one visit! I felt so strong after our weeks together that I had the courage to try CrossFit for the first time! I absolutely recommend Sarah. She is amazing at what she does! I wish I had gone to her sooner!”
