✔ What to Know Before You Arrive

  • Wear comfortable clothing to move easily.

  • Arrive at least 10 minutes early for smooth check-in.

  • You can fill out forms online or download and print them for convenience.

Use our secure and user-friendly portal to effectively manage your appointments, send important messages, or complete necessary forms with ease.

If you happen to experience any issues while trying to log in or if you have forgotten your password, that is perfectly okay! Please do not hesitate to contact the clinic for assistance in resetting your password, allowing you to utilize the Patient Portal without any further complications.

Common Questions

  • In Texas, you can be seen for an initial physical therapy evaluation without a referral. However, to continue treatment beyond the evaluation, a referral may be required depending on your insurance. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through exactly what you need. Some insurance may require a referral to be seen at all.

  • We are in-network with BCBS, Medicare, Medicare Railroad, Aetna, United Healthcare / UMR, Cigna, Tricare, Baylor Scott and White / First care, High Plains Health Plan, Humana and IMS. Please contact our office or check with your insurance company to verify your specific coverage.

  • Yes! You can absolutely use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for services at In Power PT. Just bring your card with you or let us know during check-in.

  • That’s totally okay—and actually pretty common! Whether you’re switching providers or restarting care after a break, we’ll meet you where you are and build a treatment plan tailored to your current needs and goals.

  • We appreciate your service and offer a special self-pay rate of $85 per session for first responders and veterans who are not in-network with their insurance. It's our way of saying thank you for your dedication.

  • Self-pay services are $135/hour.

  • Yes, individuals who are not currently receiving physical therapy can still access dry needling as a standalone service. An initial physical therapy evaluation is required and each session is $70 for 30 minutes

  • Packages are available. We can provide super bill for you to seek out-of-network reimbursement.
