FAQs

What to expect on the day of your appointment?

On your first visit, you and your provider will truly discuss your current concerns, have a movement evaluation to understand how you’re being limited and then, together, devise a plan of care that is in line with your goals. Wear something comfortable to move around in. Initial paperwork is sent via email when the appointment is set. If you are unable to access the paperwork, we’ll have copies on hand for you to fill out.
